Since 1991, Paul Achs has been producing high-quality wines with a clear focus on red wines. The family-owned winery is in its third generation and practices biodynamic and sustainable farming. Every step in the vineyard follows the natural rhythm, and the grapes are handpicked. In the cellar, minimal intervention allows the authentic character of the wines to shine through.

Focus on Blaufränkisch & More

The winery is best known for its red wines, especially the Blaufränkisch from the Spiegel and Ungerberg vineyards. These wines are elegant, finely structured, and reminiscent of Burgundy, rather than heavy fruit-forward wines. Additionally, Zweigelt and St. Laurent display depth, precision, and great aging potential.
