NOTE FOR AGED WINES

As a supplier of exclusive, mature wines, we always check all incoming bottles for their condition and only offer those that we would buy ourselves. In order to show you the condition of the bottle, all pictures on our website are shot by ourselves and correspond to the original condition in our warehouse.

Nevertheless, errors can occur from time to time, especially with mature wines. Wines are a living product that is constantly changing, especially with age also the smell, color and taste.

While some wines really blossom with the tertiary aromas, others lose their freshness and significantly affect the enjoyment.

Unfortunately, since we can only check the visual condition as well as the level of the bottles, we do not assume any responsibility should the aged wines from our range be faulty or tired. This includes the occasional cork error.

Therefore, we do not take responsibility for white wines with more than 10 years, as well as red wines with more than 15 years of maturity.

For wines younger than the above maturity levels, we also do not assume any responsibility when sent by mail. We would like to ask you for your understanding here, as we simply cannot understand whether the bottle in question is actually faulty or merely does not suit your taste.

However, in the event of a cork defect in unaged wines, you are welcome to come by our store the following day with this bottle. We will check the bottle on site and will gladly replace it if the defect is indeed present.

Thank you for your understanding!
