Berry Bros & Rudd Press is pleased to announce the upcoming publication of Inside Burgundy: The vineyards, the wine and the people (second edition) by Jasper Morris MW. Since its first publication in 2010, Inside Burgundy has been the standard reference for winemaking in the region.

This second edition is 800 pages with expanded coverage of over 1,200 vineyards, 300 wine villages and 700 domains. It offers detailed insider knowledge of the places and people that make Burgundy such a special wine region.

Jasper pays special attention to the more affordable regions of Burgundy: Chablis, the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune and Nuits, the Côte-Chalonnaise, and the Mâconnais.

The book contains 45 full-color maps, revised and updated since the first edition, that illuminate Burgundy’s complex network of vineyards and villages. It also includes six new maps showing the plots of each Grand Cru and Premier Cru site.
